Product Manager

We are in growth mode as we work to build out our own digital solutions, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

The role:

In this role, you will:

· Work with customers and internal and external partners to help support the development of our new digital learning and skills assessment solutions.

· Set the direction at an operational level and work autonomously in the management of the unit and with other business heads to establish and execute on common goals.

· Direct or manage projects involving significant scope and complexity.

· Ensure delivery of projects to the business partner, meeting the approved scope/cost/schedule/quality for the project.

· Perform risk identification and mitigation activities, escalating unresolved issues to the Executive and / or Steering Committee where appropriate to secure their timely decisions/support.

· Ensure client satisfaction with the project process and project team by effective and timely communication including status reporting, continual risk/issue assessment/management and escalation, and resolution of issues as they arise.

· Work to uncover key market trends and help our team determine how we can develop and prioritize new features to meet the demand.

Qualifications:

· Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Business or equivalent experience

· Experience in developing and launching SaaS solutions (minimum 3 years)

· Full life cycle development experience. Experience with proven project methodology tools. Experience in creating product roadmaps (minimum 3 years)

· Knowledge of cross functional areas including product management, UX/UI, sales, and marketing

· Experience with learning and development is an asset, but if you meet the qualifications and are interested, we can teach you!
