Accounting and Office Administrator
Training Works is searching for an Accounting and Office Administrator for our St. John’s office.
The Job
Accounting responsibilities: manage and maintain records related to revenues (donations, grants and membership fees) and expenses, including payroll.
Administrative Office responsibilities: some office administrative functions, manage customer contacts and assist with special projects.
What do you need to succeed?
· Degree or Diploma in business studies, or equivalent, in Accounting, Administrative Assistant or a related field or equivalent experience;
· Familiarity with the basic principles of accounting;
· Proficiency with Sage Accounting Software;
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
· Excellent writing skills.
