Tamara can normally be found leaping over buildings and bending metal for her customers. She has over 20 years experience in strategic planning, adult education, skills assessments, and essential skills.
In the public sector she identified and mapped required skills and competencies for large scale projects along with helping to create strategic action plans for population growth and adult literacy within the province. In the private sector she worked in a senior management role with an international educational company and was responsible for program delivery in North America and Asia.
On any given day, when she is not putting on her hard hat to explore a mine site or pulling on her rubber boots to check out a fish farm, she can be found spending time with her family or training at the dojang for her second degree blackbelt in taekwondo.
Tamara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, is a certified Workplace Educator and Level 5 Literacy Educator. She is a certified assessor for Test of Workplace Essential Skills (TOWES) and the Grey Oral Reading Test (GORT).
